In alignment with the Rashtriya Poshan Maah (National Nutrition Month) initiative, a tree planting event was organized at Government Mamit College. This initiative emphasizes the importance of nutrition and environmental sustainability, highlighting the connection between a healthy environment and the well-being of individuals.

On 18/09/2024, the event witnessed the participation of 20 student volunteers who enthusiastically engaged in planting trees within the college campus. The activity aimed to promote awareness about the significance of greenery in enhancing the environment and contributing to better nutrition. A total of 3 saplings were planted in designated areas around the campus.
