NSS and NCC, Government Mamit College participated in the Independence Day 2024 celebration

The **Independence Day 2024** celebration at **Mamit Playground** took place at **10:00 AM**, with **Hon'ble Minister Lalthansanga (EF&CC)** as the chief guest, who hoisted the national flag on the occasion of the **78th Independence Day**. 

During the event, **NSS Unit volunteers** from **Government Mamit College** were on medical duty, ensuring the smooth execution of the celebration. Additionally, two students from the **NCC battalion** of Government Mamit College, **Jacqueline Zirsangzeli** and **Malsawmdawngzeli**, participated as pilots, showcasing the involvement of college students in national celebrations.
